Future stars in the foodservice arena have a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience and education in the produce industry by taking part in the Culinary Student Immersion programs at our conferences.
All-expense-paid Scholarships are provided to students in the top culinary schools around the world. In addition to the opportunity to interact with exhibitors and attendees, these students and their faculty are given challenges throughout their trip to create dishes that are produce-centric and serve them to the attendees. They also are given the opportunity to assist celebrity chefs who perform demonstrations on the show floor.
